Our Privacy policy is simple and is designed to protect our customers privacy and personal information. We will not sell, give-away, trade, or make your information available in any way to 3rd parties without your express permission except where necessary for the fundamental design, development and hosting of your email services or to protect the integrity of our network or to compy with law enforcement agencies.

 

Anti-Spam:

Web2Inbox.com provides an Email Marketing service to list owners that have express permission to send the people on their lists email. List owners must be able to pinpoint exactly where, when and how this permission was obtained for each user. The easiest way to do this is by using the double-opt in system provided by Web2Inbox.com for each and every account.

 

Furthermore, any mailing list hosted by Web2Inbox.com and/or using the services of Web2Inbox.com must comply with email marketing best practices which includes following the Can-Spam Act. ( Click here for more info on the Can-Spam Act )

 

All mailing list owners using the services of Web2Inbox.com must have the recipients express permission to communicate with them via our service. Our system also ensures all emails contain the mailing list owners physical address, email address, an unsubscribe link and a link to our abuse department.

 

Our clients mailing lists are stored on a secure server and can only be accessed by the account owner and Web2Inbox.com staff. We will not edit, modify, steal, share or contact the members of your list under any circumstances unless required to do so by law enforcement agencies.

 

You list members may contact our abuse departement to remove themselves from your list or to complain about potential abuse. In this case we will either let people now they can unsubscribe from your list by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in every email you send or we may forward the request to our client to unsubscribe the user. Failure to remove members that wish to be removed from your list may lead to account termination.

Cookies:
Web2inbox.com uses cookies for the purposed of maintaining a users session after they have logged in. We may also place a cookie to see how visitors are using our site. This cookie does not personally identify visitors to the website. They are used to help us determine how well our ads are performing. We do not use cookies for any other purpose and we store cookie information only temporarily.

 

 

Reporting Abuse:

 

Web2Inbox runs opt-in mailing lists for our clients. All email sent from our system must have your express permission to be sent to your inbox. Emails may not promote hate, contain adult or pornographic images, and must comply with all local laws of both the sender and the receiver.

 

If you are receiving a email from one of our clients through our system and you believe you didn't request it, the easiest way to be removed from the list is to click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.

 

If you are still receiving emails even after clicking the Unsubscribe link, please send an email to abuse[at]web2inbox.com and state who you are receiving the emails from. We will bring the issue to our clients attention and make sure they remove you from their mailing list.
